The Meeting was opened by the WM W Bro Ian Silcock. The first business of the evening was to invest W Bro David Watson as the new Treasurer, him not being present at the last meeting with the WM once again thanking W Bro Bob Miles for his work as Treasurer. The next business was a Masonic talk entitled “The Members Pathway” given by W Bro Neil Walker of Gateshead Fell Lodge 4349. The Members Pathway being a suggested system for attracting, motivating and retaining members during their masonic journey. As expected this was a very interesting talk which provoked much debate and gave us all thought for the future. The brethren showed their appreciation in the usual way. We then retired to the festive board and enjoyed a very nice meal in the usual good company.
